Littlethen provides a private space to store and organize photos, videos, letters, and voice notes for your children. You must use the service in compliance with these terms and all applicable laws.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You retain ownership of the content you add to Littlethen. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver it in connection with the service. We do not use your content for advertising or other commercial purposes.

You represent that you have the right to upload all content you add and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Littlethen, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, you may export your data where we make such tools available; we will handle data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Littlethen is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit our liability as set out in these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
